This fun, interactive album contains six pages that flip, fold, and pull out to reveal space for 48 4x6 photographs, or many more smaller sized images, plus room for journaling.
If you're not a photographer, consider using the album for artwork, postcards, greeting cards, favorite quotes, or scriptures. The possibilities are endless!
I made my sample using Christmas paper, but in this workshop, you'll be able to use any paper collection I currently have in inventory. That means you can choose your favorite color or theme! Contact me for a current list.
Are you interested in making the project but can't make the above dates? Contact me for more options!

Color Dare #102: Sweet Leaf, Indian Corn Blue, Sorbet
Welcome to the weekly Color Dare Challenge from Color My Heart. Each Friday the design team announces a color palette for you to use to create your project. You can create any type of project you'd like, as long as you use the chosen colors. If you don't have the actual Close To My Heart colors, just use a similar substitute!
Color Dare #102: Sweet Leaf, Indian Corn Blue, Sorbet
- I embossed a panel of White Daisy (1385) cardstock with the soon to be released Honeycomb (Z1995) embossing folder.
- I layered a strip of Sorbet (X5751) cardstock on an Indian Corn Blue (1284) card, then layered the embossed panel on top.
- From the Art Philisophy Cricut cartridge (Z1686), I cut a Sweet Leaf (X5639) branch.
- From the Artiste Cricut cartridge (Z1790), I cut Sorbet (X5751) and Indian Corn Blue (1284) flowers.
- I placed the flowers on the foam side of my Versamat (Z1279) and rubbed the ball end of my Embossing Tool (Z2046) in a circular motion in the center of the flowers to make the petals pop up and give the bloom some dimension.
- I stamped the Hello from the Hello Blooms (C1540) stamp set in Slate (Z2173) ink on Sorbet (X5751) cardstock and attached it to the card with dimensional tape.
- I added Silver Glitz Glitter Gel (Z1482) to the insides of the flowers and on the Hello banner.

Color Dare #101: Gypsy, Lagoon, Sunset, Pear
Welcome to the weekly Color Dare Challenge from Color My Heart. Each Friday the design team announces a color palette for you to use to create your project. You can create any type of project you'd like, as long as you use the chosen colors. If you don't have the actual Close To My Heart colors, just use a similar substitute!
Color Dare #101: Gypsy, Lagoon, Sunset, Pear
This week's color palette is fun and bright for summer. A lot of people would keep their project light by sticking with white or lighter color neutrals. And those projects will be absolutely beautiful. But I love how these bright colors bounce off of black. And no one ever accused me of being just like everyone else... :)
- All images are from the Fashionista (D1504) stamp set.
- I stamped the woman in Black (Z2105) ink on White Daisy (1385) cardstock. I also stamped her three more times, once in Gypsy (Z2190), once in Lagoon (Z2195), and once in Pear (Z2197) ink.
- From the Lagoon image, I cut out the shirt. From the Pear image, I cut out the skirt. From the Gypsy image, I cut out the bag and shoes. I layered the cut colored images onto the black stamped image.
- I attached the completed image on a layer of Gypsy (X5757) cardstock and then to the Black (1386) card.
- I stamped the sentiment with Sunset (Z2191) ink on White Daisy (1385) cardstock. I then layered it on piece of Sunset (X5758) cardstock and attached it to the card with dimensional tape.
- I created the circle strip by punching a 3/4" strip of Lagoon (X5762) cardstock with the Scallop Border Punch, punching on both long sides of the strip.
- I added Silver Glitz Glitter Gel (Z1482) to her sunglasses and belt buckle, as well as some Sparkles.

Seneca Park Zoo Photo Contest Entry
Each year the Seneca Park Zoo publishes a calendar featuring photographs of their animals. I was thrilled to have one of my photographs included in the first calendar published. Although I have not been able to repeat the honor, each year I submit several photographs with high hopes. This year's submission was particularly challenging as we were only allowed to enter three photographs. The following are the three I chose. Hopefully you'll be seeing one of them in print soon!
