Color Dare #132 - Black & White Daisy & Whisper

Welcome to Color Dare Challenges from Color My Heart.  Each Friday the design team announces a color palette for you to use to create your project.  You can create any type of project you'd like, as long as you use the chosen colors.  If you don't have the actual Close To My Heart colors, just use a similar substitute.

Color Dare #132 - Black & White Daisy & Whisper

Black and White and Grey... don't you just love this classic color combo?  My brain went in a million different directions for this one... fun, elegant, simple...  Pretty much anything would look good in this combo.  

• I created an over-sized square card out of Black Cardstock (1386).
• I stamped the arrow borders from the One-Way Borders (C1561) stamp set in Whisper (Z2172) and Black (Z2105) ink on a square of White Daisy Cardstock (1385).
• I stamped Hello Today in Whisper ink (Z2172) on a circle of White Daisy Cardstock (1385) then layered in on a circle of Black Cardstock (1386) with 3-D Foam Tape (Z1151). I used another layer of 3-D Foam Tape (Z1151) to attach the double layer to the Viewmaster slide.
• I stamped the Viewmaster in Black (Z2105) ink on a circle of White Daisy Cardstock (1385) then layered in on a corner rounded rectangle of Black Cardstock (1386) with 3-D Foam Tape (Z1151). I then attached the entire assembly to the card.
• Both the Hello Today and Viewmaster stamps are part of the Reel Life (B1431) stamp set.
