Color Dare #146 – Barn Red, Glacier, & Juniper + Cocoa & Colonial White
It's never to early to celebrate Independence Day!
- I cut the star card from Colonial White (1388) cardstock using the Cricut Artfully Sent Collection (Z3017).
- I backed the star cut-outs with small pieces of Barn Red (X5637), Glacier (X5770), and Juniper (X5752) cardstock. I then added a full panel of Cocoa (X5642) cardstock to back the inside of the entire card front.
- I cut banners from Barn Red (X5637), Glacier (X5770), and Juniper (X5752) cardstock.
- I stamped USA with Barn Red ink (Z2104) on Colonial White (1388) stars and attached them to Cocoa (X5642) stars. I attached the layered stars to the card with 3-D Foam Tape (Z1151).

ReplyDeleteWhat a clever and cute card!
ReplyDeleteGreat patriotic card, Gretchen! I love how you used the Artfully Sent star cut card front with the Jackson paper colors. I just may try this idea with other AS panels for future Color Dares so I thank you for the inspiration.
