Welcome to Color Dare Challenges from Color My Heart.  Each Friday the design team announces a color palette for you to use to create your project.  You can create any type of project you'd like, as long as you use the chosen colors.  If you don't have the actual Close To My Heart colors, just use a similar substitute.

Before you make your own Metallics project, I have some exciting news to share with you! Color My Heart is ready to add some new Designers to the Color Dare challenge blog.  Is this something that appeals to you?

    Would you be excited about:
    • Using Close to My Heart products in creating on a regular basis?
    • Creating one project and posting it to your blog every other week (twice a month)?
    • Commenting on assigned entry #'s on weeks you submit a project? (Fellow DT members also appreciate comments)
    • Voting for favorite entries every week?
    • Becoming part of our Color Dare DT Facebook group where we plan and communicate with each other?
    • Donating an occasional "prize" for our monthly prize winners?

If you can say "yes" to all the above then we would love to hear from you.  We are asking for a six month commitment to run from January 2017 to June 2017 which may be extended if you wish to stay longer.

To apply--write DT after your challenge entry AND email Marie (AKA NJ Stamping Queen) at mflayer at comcast dot net.  Applications will close at the end of Color Dare challenge #223 or on December 16, 2016.

Hope you will consider joining the team!  Visit Color My Heart for more information about the challenge and the design team.

    1. Those sequined black flowers over glitter circles is really appealing. The double layer of foil adds another layer of interest. Great card, Gretchen!

      1. Thanks, Marie. I was fun to figure out how to work with the metallics!
