Heart 2 Heart January Challenge - Frozen

One of the January challenge themes presented by Heart 2 Heart is Frozen.  I've had a lot of fun playing the CTMH's new watercolor paints, brushes and paper.  I can't wait to get back them and try some new techniques.  But in the meantime, I thought this card would fit the Frozen theme perfectly!
