Color Dare #100: Crystal Blue, Pacifica, Barn Red

Welcome to the weekly Color Dare Challenge from Color My Heart.  Each Friday the design team announces a color palette for you to use to create your project.  You can create any type of project you'd like, as long as you use the chosen colors.  If you don't have the actual Close To My Heart colors, just use a similar substitute!

Color Dare #100:  Crystal Blue, Pacifica, Barn Red 

While flipping through my box of retired stamp sets last night, I came across "Enjoy Life", which I have found to be one of the most versatile sets I own.  The bike is cute, the sentiment is perfect for so many occasions, and the the circles and swirls make great backgrounds on any cards.

• All images are from the Enjoy Life (C1439) stamp set.
• I embossed a Pacifica (X5759) cardstock panel with the Chevron Embossing Folder (Z1925).  I lightly sanded the the raised areas of the design with my Sanding Block (Z1294) to let the white core of the cardstock peek through.  I adhered the panel to the inside of a White Daisy (1385) card.
• I stamped the bike in Barn Red (X5637) ink on White Daisy (1385) cardstock and attached it  to the card with two small hinges.
• I stamped the circles and swirls on a panel of Crystal Blue (1292) cardstock with Pacifica (Z2192) ink and adhered it to the inside of the card.
• I stamped the sentiment in Barn Red (Z2104) ink on White Daisy (1385) cardstock, adhered it to another panel of Pacifica embossed cardstock with dimension tape, then attached the unit to the card with more dimensional tape.
